[MT-ALES] Plaques

I really like the wooden trophies we have been using and vote we stay with them. The  plaques might be a good choice for the F5J contest however, at least for the first year. 

I have sought and have been granted permission to use the USA F5J logo on trophies and or shirts. I will continue to design the shirts if that's ok. 

As always I will also CD a monthly contest or two.
