Subject: [MT-ALES] July 8 ALES contest @ Columbus

The current WU forecast for Columbus Saturday is for clear skies with temperatures near 100 degrees by 1:00 PM, with light winds throughout the morning about 6 mph from the south.  Flying should be good, but we may want to start a bit earlier in recognition of the forecast heat.

I’d like to get an idea of who may be attending from out of town, and if you are coming, would a 8:30 pilots meeting and start be workable.
