[MT-ALES] LSF 4 hour slope flight

Congratulation on your e-Level IV Carl!  Now.. on to join the VERY elite 
group of LSF Level V.

In case you don't know, to get his Level IV, Carl had to do a 1 hr. 
thermal flight, a 4 hour slope flight (just completed in UT), a 1.24 
mile goal and return flight, and a bunch of points in contests with more 
than 15 participants, including at least one win (accomplished at the 
Nats ALES, I presume ?

Now... on to Level V, where the tasks are even MORE difficult!
