[MT-ALES] Who can name these airplanes?

Just for fun!  Can anyone ID these iconic rc airplanes?  Ha.

Here is a hint:  They are both the same basic ship.  The yellow and orange one is mine, built from a Top Flite kit.  Flown with 10 channel Orbit reed radio.  Wooo hooo!  The blue one was built by my Dad with fiberglass fuse and foam cut and sheeted flying surfaces.  He modified the control surfaces to take advantage of his new Logictrol digital proportional radio.  Circa 1967.
