Sure would be helpful if this email list would show the original sender 
as the 'reply-to' address, rather than the entire list.

That way you could either hit the 'Reply' button to reply only to the 
original sender, or 'Reply List' to send your reply to everyone on the 
list.

It's probably configurable.

Also, it would be helpful if when you send an email to the entire list, 
you identify yourself. The majority of the time when I get an email from 
the mailing list, I have no idea who sent it.
