[MT-ALES] Dark Side of the Merle Builders Kit For Sale

A couple years ago I put together three kits for the Dark Side of the Merle.  Two have been built, flown, and won contests!
The third one the build has decided not to build so I’m selling for him.
This is a SynerJ airfoil 100% accurate to what Gerald Taylor designed except the center panel is a bit shorter than designed, the outer panels were extended to obtain the maximum wingspan for F5J of 4 meters.  This was done so it’d fit into the back of my pickup truck.  😉

Included is:
-HiLoad 40 center panel cores cut with servo wire hole routed.
-Dow Square Edge 25psi outer panels with cores cut.
-CNC cut plywood joiner ribs and center ribs and subribs with permanent hollow carbon rod
-CLM Pro 131 Pod/Boom/V-mount with a preinstalled custom aluminum motor mount predrilled and spinner to match supplied.
  Note:  the pod is for F3J dorking so it’s very strong and it’s also 2.4G radio friendly.
  The nose wasn’t cut all the way back for the 32mm motor mounts normally used so if the purchaser decided on a larger diameter nose/firewall they could easily cut it a bit further back.
  Also, I molded a sleeve for the aft end of the tailboom if the user would decide to make a removable vertical tail.
-1.7oz Kevlar with 924 double sided tape already applied for leading edges of all surfaces
-Weblets precut
-0.05” bondable Teflon tubing for pushrods if mounting them under the wing

If it doesn’t sell locally, I’ll box it up and can ship it from the company of your choice.
