The experiment continues!

The May 11 OLDFARTSS soaring contest has been created on F3X Vault.  The contest name is OLD May 2024 F5J.  Registration is now open!

Use the green "Register Me Now!” button to sign up.  If you do not have an account at F3X Vault you probably will need to create one and your pilot profile.  There is no cost and it only takes a minute.

Registration will close Friday, May 10, at 1:00.  This is necessary so the draw can be created and the flight groups and score cards printed.  If you are having trouble getting registered, please let me know and I can add you to the Pilots’ List.

Pilots meeting will be at 9:30, with round one to begin shortly thereafter.  F5J specific altitude limiters are not required, but mke it more fun.  We will be using automated timing to call and run this contest.  This will be a first, so a little patience may be needed.  ;^ )  Hal will bring the MESS sound system for our use.  Many thanks to Curtis and Hal for their help!  Standard landing fee of $5.00/pilot will be collected.

Hope to see everyone for a fun day of F5J on Saturday.  The current forecast looks very favorable.
