I assigned a few folks already and will adjust as necessary Friday.

Please be aware that I'm 'On Call' and may not actually be there or have to leave early.  However, work has been very slow for some reason.

I'll leave this up to the out-of-town folks but how about a later start time, maybe 10 or 11am to allow it to warm up a bit?
