Tentatively we are planning to hold the contest at the club field, Edwards’ airstrip, just west of Columbus, MT. Pilot’s meeting at 9:30, with round #1 to start shortly thereafter.<div><br></div><div>Anticipating cooler temperatures, we will fly ALES5J, allowing higher launches than the Cali ALES. If you use a standard CAM, the launch may be set to 100, 150, or 200 meters. You may change during the event if desired. Folks using an F5J CAM just fly as normal.</div><div><br></div><div>Current weather predictions are for a bright seasonally temperate day, with wind speeds rising to 14 mph by 1:45. Gusts predicted from 15 - 25 mph over same time period. We will monitor conditions and announce a go/no go decision Friday morning.</div><div><br><div>
