Wowee! Jon Garber had a 23meter launch height yesterday. The
current leader, even younger than Jon, had a 12 meter launch! Both
flights were close to the max time you can get of 9 min, 59 sec. <br>

If they do flyoff rounds, the max. time increases to 14 min. 59
sec. <br>
<br>
Yep, these guys able (or willing) to fly year 'round are .... dang
good. <br>

Lots of action already this morning. Junior Wilcox has now taken
the lead, and also a bit of shuffling of the pack. Interesting!
Mike Smith has just barely edged Jon for third, but a lot of
flying remains. If they are doing flyoffs then the top 10 - 12
pilots will advance. Flyoffs are a whole new comp, so everyone
gets a clean slate and starts again. Flyoffs are <b>very
intense!!!</b> 3 rounds are flown, bang bang bang, no stopping,
high pressure.

<div>I just discovered that if you click on a pilot name, it
brings up a detail screen showing all info for each flight.
Launch height, landing, etc. There were launches in the 20 -
30 meter range flown out for full time by several of the leaders
yesterday. WOW! Also, this procedure updates everything to
current status. Good to know.</div>
