[MT-ALES] Arrived Muncie

[Montana ALES reflector]

Pulled into town about 1:00 today. Checked in with AMA, then went out to the XC site east of town. Two routes of 10 K (6.2 miles) out and back are available. I liked the north course best....fewer obstacles and more open. Hopefully generating better lift. XC is Thursday and Friday, so we’ll see what can be done. Practice day for me tomorrow at AMA site 4.  Need to check all the birds out after their 1,500 mile ride. Weather forecast is looking fantastic for soaring competition. I hope they are right!
